We received several recommendations for the newly opened little sister of Cup & Cake: Brunch & Cake, so we decided it was time to give it a go. My darling Soul Man is ill at the moment, so we haven’t done much this weekend. But a brunch was necessary for a good recovery!

Brunch & Cake is food heaven. We had cheese and bread to start with:

And then mashed potatoes with egg and ham:

And a big glass of freshly pressed juice. There are several healthy options too, for example quinoa hamburgers that looked delicious.

And let’s not talk about the sweet stuff..! Amazing pancakes with runny chocolate on top, or one that was my favourite, pancakes with cream, blueberries and pineapple. Obviously there were cupcakes too, should one lust for something cute for breakfast.

The place itself is nicely decorated, and it has a few seats and sofas outside too.

I can’t wait to visit it again!
